Rental Conditions:
- A deposit of 20% is needed to secure your booking
- The balance is due four weeks before your stay
- Pets are by prior arrangement only
- The property is serviced – Guests are expected to take all rubbish away and to leave the flat reasonably clean and tidy
- The property is non-smoking
- The flat is generally available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and we ask our guests have cleaned and vacated the flat by 1100 noon on the day of departure
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are NOT provided
