The property

The flat has the following features:

• One double bedroom, with a double bed
• One larger bedroom with three single beds
• Centrally heated
• Fully fitted kitchen
• Kitchen contains a fridge, electric cooker, toaster, kettle and microwave
• There is NO washing machine or tumble dryer. An electric clothes dryer is provided
• Lounge with TV, DVD, seating and table
• Dining area with table and seating for six
• Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower and toilet
• Fire alarm, siren and smoke detectors installed and linked to hotel
• Pillows, blankets and duvets are provided, guests need to provide covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels 

ACCESS, please note.

The flat is on the first floor of a converted mews building and access is via an outside, then inside staircase. Therefore it is unfortunately not suitable for persons who would have difficulty climbing stairs.
